Returns & Warranty

Return Policy

AudioActiv strives to bring you the highest quality cases and accessories for your portable speaker systems. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any of your AudioActiv products within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from AudioActiv, LLC.

To return a product you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request a RMA, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You can also click here and fill out our contact form. All RMA requests must be accompanied by the original order number as well as a reason for the return. You will receive a response within 2 business days with detailed return instructions.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in the in their original condition, including all parts and accessories. If a product you receive is damaged or defective, this is not considered a return and you must notify us within 10 days of order delivery. Please see damaged merchandise section below for more information.

All returns must be properly packaged and returned at the customer's expense. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. The product must be received by AudioActiv, in the original condition, within fifteen (15) business days of the RMA issue date. You must use an insured shipping carrier with a tracking number. Please provide us with return information when available. 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the product, less any applicable shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. The refund amount will be issued in the form of a credit to the original card or account used for the purchase.

It is important to note that no product can be returned without an RMA number. Returning a product without an RMA number waives our responsibility of issuing a refund, even if proof of delivery is available. 

Damaged or Defective Items

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your product(s) carefully. If a product you receive is damaged or defective you must notify us within 10 days of order delivery. Do not discard any of the shipping label, packing material, or broken/defective items before contacting AudioActiv via the Contact Us page found here.

Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced only after the item is returned. If you would like to receive a refund instead of repair or replacement, this will be considered a product Return and is subject to guidelines outlined above.

Limited Warranty

AudioActiv, LLC  (“AudioActiv”) warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Term”). AudioActiv does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any electronic device or other device made by anyone other than AudioActiv. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any AudioActiv product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Term, AudioActiv will repair the product using new or refurbished parts or replace the AudioActiv product with a new or refurbished AudioActiv product. For purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

Exclusions and Limitations

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, AudioActiv expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that AudioActiv shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any AudioActiv product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the AudioActiv product.
